Shipping, Processing & Order Timeframes

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Shipping time: normally 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order cut-off time: 23:59 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam)

  • Shipping costs: Free shipping

Shipment of Your Order

Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Of course, you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Our total delivery time is 7–10 business days.

Once you place an order with us, you will be able to track when your package is expected to arrive. You will receive an email with your personal tracking code, allowing you to follow your order via our tracking page.

Delivery of Your Order

Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, something can occasionally go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return an item? Please visit our returns page.

Package Lost?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement package first before proceeding with a refund or return.

Non-Acceptance of Packages

If a package is delivered to your doorstep or left at a post office, the delivery costs are covered by Velourfemme.

If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In that case, we will send you a replacement package free of charge.

If the package is not accepted a second time, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.
